WEEK _ Week 11 - Mrs. Brink - American History - Grade 8 Days 1 and 2 - Assign the Chapter 5 Textbook Assignment -Due Dates are as follows - Thursday Nov. 13 - Periods 4, 5 and 6 and Friday Nov. 14 Periods 2, 3 and 8. There will be a Test on the due date. Day 3 - Go over the Chapter 4 Textbook Assignment. View the "History of US - Revolution" with an assignment in class. Day 4 - Collect the Atlas 18 Xerox and continue Lecture notes on the American Revolution. . 27-31

Week 10- American History-Mrs. Brink Day 1 - Work on the Study Guide for Chapter 4 - The Students may use the Guide to take the Test. Day 2 - Continue working on the Study Guide and the Review Xerox for Chapter 4. Both of these will be due on the Test date. Day 3 - Continue the Lecture Notes on the American Revolution and work on the Study Guide and Review. Day 4 - The Chapter 4 Textbook Assignment, Study Guide and Review Xerox are all due. The students will take their Chapter 4 Test using their Study Guide. The students will be given the Chapter 5 Summary. The Summary Sentences for Chapter 5 will be due Monday Oct. 27 for Periods 2,3,4,5 and 6 and Tuesday Oct. 28 for Period 8.

Week 9 American History - Mrs. Brink Day 1 - View "Rebels" and do an in-class assignment. Collect Chapter 4 Summary Sentences. Assign Chapter 4 Textbook Assignment. Due Dates for the Chapter 4 Assignment are - Thursday Oct. 23 for Periods 4,5 and 6 and Friday Oct. 24 for Periods 2,3 and 8. There will be a Test on the due date. Day 2 - Work on the Chapter 4 Textbook Assignment and Atlas 16. Atlas 16 will be due the next class meeting. Day 3 - Begin the Lecture notes on the "American Revolution."

Week 8 Grade 8 American History Day 1 - Finish Notes on the "Colonial World." Assign and explain the Study guide. Students may use their handwritten Study guide to take the "Colonial World Test." The Test on the "The Colonial World" will be Thursday Oct. 9 for periods 4, 5 and 6 and Friday Oct. 10 for periods 2, 3 and 8. Day 2 - The Chapter 3 Textbook Assignment is due today. We will go over it in class. They will also receive a Review Xerox assignment that will be due at the next class period. Day 3 - The Review Xerox will be due today. We will work on an in class review of the Colonial World. Day 4 - Test on "The Colonial World" today. Students will turn in their Lecture notes, Study guide and Review.
